Hatha Yoga

The term Hatha Yoga is probably the one you heard most frequently.
It is body-oriented and the physical exercises (Asanas) are the main
focus. This yoga style is the most common in our Western world
and it has become so familiar that it is now considered a stand-alone
direction.


HA-THA, the sun and the moon energy, are the two polar powers
which balance body and mind by performing the Asanas. The
Asanas will help you to experience your body consciously.


And this is how the body leads you to self-discovery and meditation.
It achieves harmony and general wellbeing and positively influences
our general health.
